Web Formular implemented as Quasar SPA App
We would like to creare a single page application containing a web formular. The application should be implemented using quasar. The app should be pushed into the repo

This is a test task. There are no design specifications. It is about implementing the following fields with standard Quasar components. The task is finished as soon as I can check out the form and execute it via quesar dev.
The Formular will have 2 Sektions
Contact Data
first section for contact data contains 4 required text fields. It should be visible, that these fields are required:
- Firstname
- Lastname
- Phone
- E-Mail Adresse

the second section contain 4 questains which can be answered whith using Checkboxes, Text oder Dropdown.
